Doreen DeLuka was our Sales Associate. She was extremely professional and gave us assistance with both the sale and purchase of our homes. We had some challenges that required experience and advocacy with regards to our purchase of a newly built home. Some of the individuals involved in the home buying and building process were difficult personalities and Doreen maintained her professional demeanor throughout her interactions with them. Doreen is the best!!. She found us many houses to look at & made sure we got what we wanted without making us feel like we needed to 'settle'. We were not local & she shared a lot of info, introduced us to a closing attorney & found us a local mortgage company, explained every step of buying a house & was with the us the entire journey! Doreen always made herself available to show us properties upon request. She gave us suggestions on possible listings. Once we found a property we were interested in, she was quick and efficient in submitting our offers. Once we had a contract; she kept us and all other players in the information loop. She was with us every step of the way, right up to and including the closing. We could not have been more satisfied with her professionalism and work attitude.
